2010 A25 Banquet | Mark Keel, Dir. SCDPS

Mark Keel, Director, South Carolina Department of Public Safety, spoke in November at the 2010 A25 Coalition Benefit Dinner & Silent Auction. While the traffic deaths among young drivers have fallen significantly since SC Alive at 25 started, the challenge remains before us. TO REACH OUR GOAL OF ZERO REQUIRES 100% PARTICIPATION. Keel is 'all-in' because 1 life lost is 1 too many. Here are excerpts from his speech.
